Probiotic 123 provides 2.25 billion CFU per scoop of naturally occurring beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis to support gastrointestinal (G.I.) health. Animal and human studies have indicated that L. acidophilus supports the mucosal lining of the G.I. tract, helping to maintain healthy intestinal function. Several trials involving children have also revealed that mixed probiotic bacteria supplementation helps support G.I. health and comfort.
